Mike, a carpenter, lives in a log cabin in Pecos, New Mexico about 30 minutes from Santa Fe. He raises horses, has egg-laying chickens, as well as three dogs and Raider who is half dog, half wolf. His horses are used to take people hunting in the mountains.

Lance works with Mike doing carpentry and sleeps in a camper on the property.
